  • During sales, festive seasons, product launches, or high-order-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Timeline

  • Estimated delivery within India: 4–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner serviceability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied to orders below ₹999.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers can use the tracking details to monitor the status of their shipment.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

House of Yeashi is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Incorrect phone numbers

  • Incomplete delivery information

If an order is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

We will coordinate with the courier partner and do our best to assist in resolving the issue. Resolution timelines depend on the courier partner's investigation process.
