At House of Yeashi, every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. As a small business, we strive to offer affordable pricing while maintaining quality standards. Due to the nature of our products and operational limitations, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Delayed delivery caused by courier partners

Minor variations in appearance due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or device display

Sale, promotional, clearance, BOGO, bundle, or discounted purchases
All sales are considered final unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Product Photography & Colour Variation
We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs and videos. However, images may be professionally edited and captured under studio lighting to showcase product details.
As a result, slight variations in colour, shine, texture, or appearance may occur when viewed on different devices or in different lighting conditions.
If you would like to see additional photos or unedited images before placing your order, please feel free to contact us via email or Instagram. We will be happy to assist you.
Please note that variations arising from photography, editing, lighting conditions, or screen displays do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for review, you must provide:

Clear photographs of the issue

A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened, without cuts, pauses, or edits
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Resolution Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

Store credit, at our sole discretion
Refunds are generally not offered.
Shipping-Related Issues
House of Yeashi is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
